Voices of People with Albinism

Privacy · last updated May 13, 2026

Short and plain.

How Voices of People with Albinism handles your data. We collect the bare minimum, keep it as long as we need to, and tell you what for.

  • 01

    What we collect

Newsletter email — only when you subscribe to The Sunday Letter. Stored at our email provider and used to send you the letter. Nothing else.

Contact-form messages — name, email, and the message you wrote. Read by a human, kept while we work on it, deleted once closed.

Anonymous traffic data — page views, country, referrer. We do not track individuals across sessions and we do not run ad-network pixels.

  • 02

    Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (theme preference, CSRF). No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers in production.

If we ever add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider (Plausible, Fathom, or self-hosted) and update this page first.

  • 03

    Who sees your data

Only Voices of People with Albinism editors and the operators of our infrastructure (hosting, database, email service). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Donations are routed directly to verified partner charities. We do not see or store your payment details.

    Your rights

Write to carolinakhaskelis@gmail.com — we respond within thirty days.

  • 05

    Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, please write to us and we will remove it.
